My wife and I love our traditions, one of those being having an adult beverage prior to a flight departure. While waiting for our flight to board, we decided to have beverages. Since their was a big football game taking place, we wanted to steer clear of the airport's bars. Thankfully, we found Jose Cuervo Tequileria which was fairly empty and in close proximity to our gate.

Upon entering the establishment we were warmly greeted by an employee (unfortunately I did not obtain her name) who provided us with seating options. After being seated, she provided us with drink menus. We quickly ordered Grand Margaritas, which were their versions of Cadillac Margaritas. Our friendly and bubbly server, delivered our drinks a little over five minutes later.

I have to admit that the emptiness of the restaurant and bar area was an initial concern of mine. However, that concern quickly dissipated when I took my first sip of the margarita. It was the perfect mix of tequila, Grand Marnier, and the other ingredients that you would expect from a margarita. If our gate wasn't boarding so soon, we would have enjoyed a second round.

If you're looking for a delicious margarita, I suggest visiting Jose Cuervo Tequileria!

Carolynn was our sever.  The nachos was crazy big and filling.  Service was good and it wasn't too noisy in the restaurant.  We wasted time while waiting for our flight.  I knocked off one star for the seating process.  It was really slow.

I wasn't sure about coming here, but we gave it a shot because it was very convenient and we had the time. Our waitress was very chatty and very good (can't remember her name, sorry). We had drinks and water out quickly. She took our orders and we were set. The food took a few minutes, mostly because I ordered the hamburger and that takes longer, but I was very pleased with the food. My wife got the chicken enchiladas and they were very tasty. My burger was done very well for a Tex-Mex restaurant. Like I said, the food and the service was very good.

My main problem is the price. I know.... it's the airport and it's going to be expensive, but it's pretty bad here. $8 for chips and salsa. $18 for chips and queso!?! It only gets worse from there. I know that it could be worse, but it's still disappointing when you get the bill. I didn't get any alcohol because of the prices, so the final bill wasn't too terrible. Other than that, it was a good meal.
